More than five years ago, Karin Björkman successfully founded the Swedish chapter of Undutchables to focus on the recruitment of internationals in the Swedish market. Now, it is time for a new chapter in her story. Beyondo AB will continue with many of the same values and principles and will cooperate with Undutchables, albeit without formal ties.
We recently hosted a candidate webinar discussing culture shock and how to deal with it. Since then we have been sharing some of our own culture shock experiences to raise awareness and make the topic more approachable for the internationals working and living in the Netherlands.
