Copy ID card: New rules for recruitment agencies
As of the 1st of January 2018, employers are obliged to check the identity of employees and job-seekers who have not yet been made available to a client but are eligible for it, to assess the residency status and keep a copy of the identity document in the administration for a period of 4 weeks.
